The Vehicles
Our vehicle is high-roof (Guaranteed) air-conditioning with full amenities. All vehicles used are insured in accordance with local regulations of Compulsory Third Party insurance. (CTP).

Our Driver
Our driver can speak English and well trained with several years experienced in travel industries.  He can give a best suggestion that beyond the normal tour.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommended that you purchase a Personal Travel Insurance policy prior to the commencement of your traveling and can be purchased at a minimum rate with briefly summary of benefits at a below :

Personal Accident

Loss of Life
If injury sustained by the Insured Person causes loss of life within 180 days as from the date of accident or the injury sustained by the Insured Person necessitates continuous treatment the Company will pay compensation in accordance with the Sum Insured stated in the Policy Schedule.

• 100% of the Sum Insured for the loss of life
• 100% of the Sum Insured for the loss of 2 arms, 2 legs, and 2 eyes: 60% of the Sum Insured for the loss of 1 arm, 1 leg and 1 eye

Medical Expenses
This insurance covers loss or damage arising from injury of the Insured Person which is the result of an accident that occurs within the time of travel. The company shall reimburse the Insured Person reasonable medically necessary expenses, incurred up to the benefit level stated in the Policy Schedule.

Emergency Accident Evacuation
In the event that you suffer from injury which necessitates your emergency medical evacuation. This insurance covers when as the result of injury commencing while the Insured Person is travelling and if in the opinion of the doctor, it is judged medically appropriate to move an Insured Person to another location.

Conditions
Sell Injury. suicide, War. Service, ui Alined Forces, Professional or Hazardous Sports. Committing a Felony. While Participating in Any Brawl. Under the influence of alcohol or narcotic. Abortion or miscarriage resulting form accident. Bacterial Infections or other disease. Medical surgical treatment not resulting from accident.

Responsibility
AAA is acts only as intermediary for the various transportation companies, and assumes no responsibility for liability in connection with the service of any conveyance,  car operators, hotels contractors, and all other principals documents are issued subject to those terms and contract agreement.  Neither will be responsible for accident, car accident (for any claim that exceed than the Compulsory Third Party Insurance CTP), any injury, loss, damage the renter, passengers or the traveler suffers in connection with the journey during rental or any irregularity that may arise.   All matters arising subject to Thai's law.  Participation in AAA's vehicle is implies to the above agreement and terms condition.

Consumer protection
We recommended you study the above conditions prior to enter to any agreement including the deposit.

Complaints and Claims
Any complaints or claims are to be made in writing within 7 days from the date of return. No responsibility is accepted in respect to complaints and claims made after 7 days of return.
