Airport arrival procedure
Upon arrival, once you have completed arrival formalities and collected your luggage,  Upon exit our driver will be at the meeting point at the main arrival hall area to meet and greets and to ensure the way out is clearly highlighted and for assistance needed.   Our driver will hold signage display your name for easy recognition to meet. During the transfer a brief of Bangkok will be highlighting the basic information needed. Places of interest to you all.

Question on payment & Deposit
Q) Please tell me the payment method and policy.  Due to the privacy, I do not want to make payment by credit card on-line, can I pay later ?

A) Yes, payment can be settled upon the arrival or often when the services are ended.

Q) Do you accept major credit-card

A) Most of major credit cards are welcome.

Q) Is your booking require an upfront deposit ?

A) No, if the rental is for a day and within Bangkok.



Question on rental
Q) A group of six (6) of us with 9 large cases will be arriving at Laem Chabang by cruise ship in November. I was wondering whether it would be possible for you to arrange for a taxi/minibus to pick us up and take us to Bangkok. I should be grateful if you would let me know if it is possible for you to do this and the price.

Q) Am I right to say that the rental rate with chauffeur already include gasoline and mileage so there are no more hidden costs or additional costs; apart from those mentioned in the e-mail. In other words, the fee is time-based and not mileage-based.

A) Yes, the rate is already included driver, gasoline, and no mileage charge.

Can I hire the car and chauffer from 0800 hours until mid-night at maximum (by paying OT charges.

A) Yes, our rate is based on 10 hours, starting from 08:00 and end at 18:00.  Any service beyond 18:00 (midnight as a max) the extra of Baht 1,000.- will be applied for the driver direct for his overtime works.

Q) What normally does the chauffer do when there is no parking space outside a premises. Can I ask him to come-back and fetch me at the same location after maybe 1 hour etc?

A) Yes, the alternative venue pick up and appointment time can be arranged direct with our driver.

Q) May I change my schedule of visits to different places and the chauffer should be flexible enough to accommodate such changes with politeness. Of course, I will not change the booking time and date.

A) Our driver are professionally trained to accept all the requirements with no hesitation.

Q) We are planning to visit in Chaing mai for 3 days - do you arrange for tours there?

A) AAA is the vehicle rental services and we do not organise tours or act as a travel agent but we can suggest, recommendation or answer to any inquiry  about Thailand.   The "sightseeing tours with guide" is organise through our reliable suppliers licensed by Thai Tourism Authority of Thailand .

Q) How many seats can your air conditioned high roof van take? we have 7 passengers altogether.

A) Our van can accommodate 8 passenger comfortably, high roof, full equipped with air-conditioning and all comfortable amenities.

Q) What is "We add the Extra Miles for you ?  and What do we get ?
A) "Add the Extra miles" is a value add up from each time of your rental with our vehicle.  Each every half day rental you will receive the coupon and once you have collected at 10 coupons, you will receive half day rental FREE with our driver to go anywhere within the city.  For instance, if you rental is for a 7 days trip to the north, you are entitle to receive 1 half day FOC.

Terms & Conditions :
• The offer is subject to be changed without prior notice.
• The offer is inclusive of vehicle, driver, gasoline and not inclusive of meals, road tolls, parking fee, and all entrance fee.
• Duration from 08:00 - 12:00 / 13:00 - 17:00 only.  For additional hour beyond the specified hours, Baht 500.00 per hour will be applied.
• Maximum offer is at 2 half day FREE and within the Bangkok city only.
• FOC can not be used for deduction out from the actual cost of the whole rental or to be exchanged for the cash in return. 
• FOC offer is valid and can be kept for 2 year starts from the date of your rental vehicle. 
• FOC offer is not applied for any long team leasing.
